The following analysis can be generalized to a rotating open string with Neumann boundary conditions in a straightforward manner. It is achieved simply by multiplying a factor of 1 / 2 1/2 to the Lagrangian, energy and spin. The final results are equivalent to the N N -folded closed string ones with N = 1 / 2 N=1/2
