We introduce a general class of transport distances ${\rm WB}_{\Lambda}$ over the space of positive semi-definite matrix-valued Radon measures $\mathcal{M}(\Omega,\mathbb{S}_+^n)$, called the weighted Wasserstein-Bures distance.
