Monoenergetic muon neutrinos at 236 MeV are readily produced in intense medium-energy proton facilities ($\gtrsim$2-3~GeV) when a positive kaon decays at rest (KDAR; $K^+ \rightarrow \mu^+ \nu_\mu$).
