We study the rare decays $D^+\to \pi^{+}\ell^+\ell^-$, $D^+_s\to K^{+}\ell^+\ell^-$ and $D^0\to \ell^+\ell^-(\ell=e,\mu)$ in the minimal supersymmetic standard model with and without R-parity.
