The Hall measurements are performed on exfoliated CZTSSe and CIGS films. The same films produce a high performance CZTSSe (Eff = 9 − 12 =9-12 %) and CIGSSe devices (Eff = 8 − 13 =8-13 %). The films are exfoliated and transferred to a secondary glass substrate to isolate it from the underlying Mo metal layer that may otherwise shunt the Hall measurements
