We study phenomenological constraints in a simple $S\bar{E} \chi$y extension of the Standard Model (SM) with a 125 GeV Higgs, a vector-like heavy electron $(E)$, a complex scalar electron $(S)$ and a standard model singlet Dirac fermion $(\chi)$.
