Although theoretically expected to be Statistically Isotropic (SI), the observed Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) temperature \& polarization field would exhibit SI violation due to various inevitable effects like weak lensing, Doppler boost and practical limitations of observations like non-circular beam, masking etc.
