We discuss the convergence of the expansion of the nuclear electroweak current in powers of |k|/M, where M is the nucleon mass and k denotes either the momentum transfer or the momentum of the struck nucleon.

Ref. [ 19 ] also provides the extrapolated cross section at beam energy 500 MeV and scattering angle 60 degrees, corresponding to momentum transfer ∼ \sim 447 MeV. However, due to the large scattering angle, this cross section is mostly transverse, and dominated by Δ \Delta production
