The $D^{*}\bar{D}^{*}$ and $B^{*}\bar{B}^{*}$ systems are studied dynamically in the one boson exchange model, where $\pi$, $\eta$, $\sigma$, $\rho$ and $\omega$ exchanges are taken into account.
