We study the twisted-Hopf-algebra symmetries of observer-independent canonical spacetime noncommutativity, for which the commutators of the spacetime coordinates take the form [x^{mu},x^{nu}]=i theta^{mu nu} with observer-independent (and coordinate-independent) theta^{mu nu}.
