Charge conjugation is implied throughout the paper. Also, we use the notation B − → [ h 1 + h 2 − π 0 ] D h 3 − B^{-}\rightarrow[h_{1}^{+}h_{2}^{-}\pi^{0}]_{D}h_{3}^{-} (with h i = π h_{i}=\pi or K K ) for the decay chains B − → D ~ 0 h 3 − B^{-}\rightarrow\tilde{D}^{0}h_{3}^{-} , where D ~ 0 \tilde{D}^{0} is either a D 0 D^{0} or a D ¯ 0 \kern 1.99997pt\overline{\kern-1.99997ptD}{}^{0} and D ~ 0 → h 1 + h 2 − π 0 \tilde{D}^{0}~\rightarrow h_{1}^{+}h_{2}^{-}\pi^{0} . We also refer to h 3 h_{3} as the π \pi or K K from the B B
