In Starobinsky inflation with a Weyl squared Lagrangian $-\alpha C^2$, where $\alpha$ is a coupling constant, we study the linear stability of cosmological perturbations on a spatially flat Friedmann-Lema\^{i}tre-Robertson-Walker background.
