We present several novel ionization-electron and scintillation-photon recording concepts in noble-liquid detectors, for future applications in particle and astroparticle physics and in other fields.

• These involve both single- and dual-phase detector configurations with combined electroluminescence and small charge multiplication in gas and liquid media.
