In a companion paper we showed that the symmetry group $\mathfrak{G}$ of non-expanding horizons (NEHs) is a 1-dimensional extension of the Bondi-Metzner-Sachs group $\mathfrak{G}$ at $\mathcal{I}^{+}$.
