After the discovery of a particle that complies with the properties of the Higgs boson predicted by the Standard Model, particle physics has entered an exciting era.

• One important question is whether the scalar sector realized by Nature indeed corresponds to the one predicted by the SM, or whether the resonance at 125 GeV is a manifestation of a more extended scalar sector, and additional scalar states could be observed at current or future collider facilities.
