We study the Wishart-Sachdev-Ye-Kitaev (WSYK) model consisting of two $\hat{q}$-body Sachdev-Ye-Kitaev (SYK) models with general complex couplings, one the Hermitian conjugate of the other, living in off-diagonal blocks of a larger WSYK Hamiltonian.
