Three Dimensional Modified Gravities as Holographic Limits of Lancsoz-Lovelock Theories

We define a "holographic limit" of Lancsoz-Lovelock theories at the Lagrangian level which gives three-dimensional modified gravity theories.

• We also show that this limit applies to more general classes of theories in higher dimensions provided that they admit the holographic c-theorem.
