Motivated by recent developments in twisted bilayer graphene moir\'e superlattices, we investigate the effects of electron-electron interactions in a honeycomb lattice with an applied periodic potential using a finite-temperature Wilson-Fisher momentum shell renormalization group (RG) approach.
