Utilizing the SDSS-DR13 spectroscopic dataset, we create a new publicly-available catalog of 1,800 galaxy clusters (GalWeight cluster catalog, $\mathtt{GalWCat19}$) and a corresponding catalog of 34,471 identified member galaxies.
