The familiar $c\rightarrow \infty$ nonrelativistic limit converts the Klein-Gordon equation in Minkowski spacetime to the free Schroedinger equation, and the Einstein-massive-scalar system without a cosmological constant to the Schroedinger-Newton (SN) equation.
