In this work, we study systematically the mass splittings of the $qq\bar{Q}\bar{Q}$ ($q=u$, $d$, $s$ and $Q=c$, $b$) tetraquark states with the color-magnetic interaction by considering color mixing effects and estimate roughly their masses.
