Within the renormalization group framework we study the stability of superfluid density wave states, known as Fulde-Ferrell-Larkin-Ovchinnikov (FFLO) phases, with respect to thermal order-parameter fluctuations in two and three-dimensional ($d\in \{2,3\}$) systems.
