In this paper, the mass spectra are obtained for doubly heavy $\Xi$ baryons, namely, $\Xi_{cc}^{+}$, $\Xi_{cc}^{++}$, $\Xi_{bb}^{-}$, $\Xi_{bb}^{0}$, $\Xi_{bc}^{0}$ and $\Xi_{bc}^{+}$.
