In this paper we give estimates for the proton--proton cross sections into pairs of quarkonium states $J/\psi$, $\psi(2S)$, $\Upsilon(1S)$ and $\Upsilon(2S)$ at the scheduled AFTER@LHC energy of $115$GeV.
