We present a state-of-the-art calculation of the next-to-leading-order electroweak corrections to ZZ production, including the leptonic decays of the Z bosons into $\mu^+\mu^-\mathrm{e}^+\mathrm{e}^-$ or $\mu^+\mu^-\mu^+\mu^-$ final states.
