Lattice QCD calculations with chiral fermions of the $\pi$N sigma term $\sigma_{\pi N}$ and strangeness sigma term $\sigma_{sN}$ including chiral interpolation with continuum and volume corrections are provided in this work, with the excited-state contaminations subtracted properly.
