Employing nonperturbative transport coefficients for heavy-flavor (HF) diffusion through quark-gluon plasma (QGP), hadronization and hadronic matter, we compute $D$- and $B$-meson observables in Pb+Pb ($\sqrt{s}$=2.76\,TeV) collisions at the LHC.
