We calculate in details the sphere-level scattering amplitude of two Ramond-Ramond (RR) and two Neveu-Schwarz-Neveu-Schwarz (NSNS) vertex operators in type II superstring theories in Ramond-Neveu-Schwarz (RNS) formalism.
