A test of Taylor- and modified Taylor-expansion

We compare Taylor expansion and a modified variant of Taylor expansion, which incorporates features of the fugacity series, for expansions in the chemical potential around a zero-density lattice field theory.

• As a first test we apply both series to the cases of free fermions and free bosons.
• Convergence and other properties are analyzed.
