The IsoDAR antineutrino source, which produces a flux from 8Li isotope decay at rest, when paired with the proposed JUNO (Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory) detector, has unprecedented sensitivity to anti-nu_e disappearance for oscillations at high Delta m^2.
