We prove that near-critical percolation and dynamical percolation on the triangular lattice $\eta \mathbb{T}$ have a scaling limit as the mesh $\eta \to 0$, in the "quad-crossing" space $\mathcal{H}$ of percolation configurations introduced by Schramm and Smirnov.
