Inclusive lepton production from heavy-hadron decay in pp collisions at the LHC

We present predictions for the inclusive production of leptons ($e^{\pm},\mu^{\pm}$) originating from charm and bottom-hadrons at the CERN LHC in the general-mass variable-flavor-number scheme at next-to-leading order.

• Detailed numerical results are compared to data of the CMS, ATLAS and ALICE collaborations.
