We develop a new description of the much-studied $\kappa$-Minkowski noncommutative spacetime, centered on representing on a single Hilbert space not only the $\kappa$-Minkowski coordinates, but also the associated differential calculus and the $\kappa$-Poincar\'e symmetry generators.
