In fact the Davis-Unruh effect suggests that all thermodynamic variables (like the temperature, entropy etc. of a glass of water) must be treated as observer dependent. This follows from the fact that a glass of water is a highly excited state of the vacuum and if inertial and Rindler observers assign different temperatures, say, to the vacuum they will also assign different temperatures to the glass of water
