Status of CMS dark matter searches in 2011

We present the status of dark matter searches performed by the Compact Muon Solenoid Experiment using 7 TeV pp data collected by the CERN Large Hadron Collider in 2010 and 2011.

The majority of the results shown here were obtained using 1.1 fb-1 of data.
We give highlights from analyses searching for candidates such as WIMPs, gravitinos, axinos and TeV scale particles.
All observations so far were found to be consistent with the Standard Model predictions.
