Matrix element $U_{\tau N}$ of sterile neutrino N mixing with $\nu_{\tau}$ is the least constrained in the literature among the three $U_{\alpha N}$ ($\alpha=e,\mu,\tau$) mixing parameters characterizing the sterile neutrino phenomenology.
