In the present paper we prove a classification (uniqueness) theorem for stationary, asymptotically flat black hole spacetimes with connected and non-degenerate horizon in 4D Einstein-Maxwell-dilaton theory with an arbitrary dilaton coupling parameter $\alpha$.
