Note that a Hopf term will also be generated in the large mass expansion; however its coefficient is θ = π N f \theta=\pi N_{f} where N f N_{f} is the number of species of fermions [ 8 ] and N f = 2 N_{f}=2 here. It can therefore be dropped for the subsequent discussion. In particular the skyrmion statistics will be bosonic
